Walk and Talk Sessions In the warmer months (about April/May), I will be offering Walk and Talk sessions in public parks in Denver. If interested, we can discuss specific locations that work best.
(Fun fact: In 1987, psychologist Dr. Francine Shapiro noticed that she felt much better about a distressing situation after going on a walk, leading to the initial theory that resulted in the development of EMDR therapy.)

Private Pay / Tier - based
I've adopted a tier-based system for sliding scale In my practice to create more accessibility to care. Part of my holistic-systems approach to treatment acknowledges that, In our society, any part of a persons' Identity can play a part In making It more difficult for them to access quality care. This model allows for those with less financial privilege to have better access to care, while allowing those with more financial privilege the opportunity to give back and redistribute.
*Please note that I will not ask for Income verification. This process relies on principles of truthfulness, respect for complexity, and accountability. When booking, you can self-select a tier and I can answer any questions that may arise. For Tier 1 clients, we can work together to identify a price point that works for us both. I thank you for working with me In this process so I can continue to provide accessible therapy.
